Melella fails to comply with his ultimatum against LATAM despite his alignment with the usurpers of the Malvinas Islands.

LATAM will arrive in Ushuaia tomorrow, bound for the Malvinas. The Fuegian governor's inaction makes his threat a political failure and an affront to national sovereignty.

The second flight is scheduled to land in Ushuaia this Saturday the 11th at 12:10 and depart for the Malvinas Islands at 1:35 p.m.

LATAM Airlines will complete its second flight with a stopover in Ushuaia tomorrow, Saturday, confirming its obedience to the impositions of the British colony and its refusal to recognize the official name of the International Airport: "Malvinas Argentinas."

This second arrival, scheduled for 12:10 p.m. , will be seen as an act of mockery and contempt for sovereignty, without any executive action being taken by the Tierra del Fuego government .

The event will be carried out despite the ultimatum issued by Governor Gustavo Melella , who threatened to request the suspension of the company's operating permit. The provincial government's inaction exposes a clear lack of political will and determination to defend the main symbol of Argentine sovereignty in the capital of Tierra del Fuego.

Corporate challenge and tariff discrimination

LATAM not only ignores the province's formal request, but also grossly discriminates against Argentine citizens . The company's fare data confirms a blatant inequality: flying from Punta Arenas (Chile) to the Malvinas (Malvinas) (the longest distance and time) costs 224,750 Argentine pesos , while the same flight from Ushuaia (the shortest distance) costs 334,196 Argentine pesos .

This price difference, which blatantly benefits Chileans and Britons to the detriment of Argentines, adds an economic insult to the politician, representing an unprecedented act of contempt for the territory in which he operates.

The airline remains firm in its decision, shielded by an argument of "aeronautical confusion" that has already been refuted by the logic of international transport itself. Its position confirms that the omission is a geopolitical decision, made to validate the colonial toponymy of the NATO military base in Monte Agradable , as well as the recognition it gives to Punta Arenas International Airport, correctly identified by LATAM , as President Carlos Ibáñez .

The political paralysis of the Fuegian Executive

While LATAM moves forward with its agenda, Gustavo Melella's administration exhibits a notable paralysis . The governor fails to comply with the ultimatum to revoke the operating authorization and keeps the executive actions taken after receiving the company's evasive response on September 22 under institutional secrecy.

Added to this is the silence in response to Agenda Malvinas ' exhaustive request for information, which has sought crucial details about the institutional process for more than 15 days: Was there personal dialogue with LATAM officials? What exact authorization was issued by ANAC? What executive steps will be taken now? The lack of response to these questions, coupled with a more recent inquiry about planned actions, demonstrates that the provincial executive's rhetoric is inconsistent with the energy of its decisions.

Without direct and immediate action by the Melella government, tomorrow, Saturday, LATAM's second flight will arrive and depart from Ushuaia, sealing the victory of corporate and British pressure over the dignity and constitutional mandate of the Argentine Republic. Political passivity thus becomes the greatest affront to the symbolic sovereignty of the Argentine Nation.
