In a press release from the islands' colonial government issued 2 hours ago, it reported an incident affecting the FV ARGOS GEORGIA . Indicating that the ship “was taking on water” about 200 miles east of Puerto Argentino and that it was requesting assistance.
To help the boat, a rescue operation was launched with an Aibus A400 plane, helicopters and boats from other fishing companies that are in the vicinity.
